Data processing agreement (DPA)

When you use Quantlix to process personal data on behalf of your organization, we typically act as a processor under GDPR for the portions of processing we perform on your instructions (hosting and operating the platform features you configure).

Standard DPA

Download our standard Data Processing Agreement, including Annex II security measures and reference to the current subprocessor list.

Execute the DPA

Sign electronically: email security@quantlix.ai from your company domain with entity name, billing address, and signatory details. We will return a countersigned copy.

Negotiate terms: for enterprise amendments, email security@quantlix.ai with your legal contact and required changes.

Subprocessor changes

The live subprocessor register is published on the trust center. Material changes are notified per your DPA (typically 30 days).
